New Years Resolutions?

posted by Allie

January is coming to a close.  Depending on what part of the country you live in, January is known for being dreary, cold, and generally depressing. But January is also the place where New Years Resolutions begin.  January also unfortunately sees the end of many of those resolutions.  Many of us make weight-loss/work-out resolutions every year, but have a hard time carrying through.  Eating right in law school has been a challenge for me, and I put my thoughts on the subject in an article that you can find by going to the Blog homepage and clicking  here.  Here's hoping we can all do a little better job at keeping our resolutions this year.  But if not, there's always next January.

About the Author: Allie

Allie is a third year law student. She graduated from a small liberal arts college in 2008, married that same summer, and started law school in the fall. Talk about transitions! When she’s not studying, she loves to be with her hubby, Dustin. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cooking, crocheting, gardening, and decorating her home. Her favorite shows are Friends, Fringe, 30 Rock, Modern Family, Project Runway, and Top Chef. She has no idea what area of law she wants to practice in but is most drawn to areas involving torts- she is fluent in Spanish and hopes to incorporate that into her legal career.
