Had Enough February? March is Right Around the Corner!

posted by Grant

In keeping with Mac's positive posting from yesterday, and with finals peaking over the horizon, I'd just like to point out a few things we can look forward to over the next couple months or so:

Spring break!  Even if you don't have plans to go anywhere, a week off is a much needed break from the monotony of casebooks and classroom socratic beatings.  Think about how awesome it is that you still have spring break.  More school isn't always such a bad thing!

Opening Day.  Yep, the disappointing (for us Colts fans) football season is over and baseball is just a little over a month away.  And students at Cooley Law School have a little something extra to be excited for regarding baseball this year.  To see what I mean, read this wacky article.

March Madness.  Conference play is in full swing and the big dance will be here before you know it.  So much for getting a head start on outlining...

Summer!  IF (just kidding) you make it through finals you'll have a couple months before you have to get back into the swing of things, unless of course you're taking summer classes.  Even if you didn't land that biglaw dream job you expected would be handed to you after your first year, you can still get some great experience.  Click here for one of many ideas you can find throughout our site.

And to be as positive as one can be about the bar exam, good luck to anyone taking a February exam.  We do not envy you today, but we will tomorrow after it is all said and done!
