Former NCAA Basketball Player Sues EA and NCAA

According to Gameinformer.com, Bobby Maze, a former Tennessee basketball player, is the second athlete to bring a suit against EA Sports and the NCAA.  He claims that EA's NCAA basketball series used his likeness.  Maze argues that EA sports games "present very specific likenesses of individual players, using the same height, weight, ethnicity, uniform numeral, position, and year in school."
